Our Story

Founded in 2022, our journey started with a bar napkin and a dream. What began as a simple menu scribbled in a brewery in Bend has grown into a passionate food venture dedicated to bringing bold, handcrafted flavors to the Yakima Valley.

At the heart of our menu is our signature hand-ground brisket and bacon blend, featuring USDA Prime Brisket sourced from Royal Family Farms in the Lower Valley. Every bite is crafted with care, from our homemade secret sauce to the quality ingredients we personally select.
